Roper Highway Crossing

Roper Highway Crossing

The Roper Highway provides a critical link between Mataranka and Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory, including Ngukurr, Rittarangu and Numbulwar. The project included construction of a new bridge at the Roper River and was jointly funded by the Northern Territory and Australian Governments. These essential upgrades were delivered through the $106 million Regional Roads Productivity Package Infrastructure Investment Programme. OGS’ role in the exploration project involved providing Civil Support services to enhance construction safety and security, improve project management efficiency, and deliver the optimum mix of staffing capabilities.
