EPA NZ
Established in 2011 and based in Wellington, NZ, the EPA (Environmental Protection Scheme) is a government agency responsible for particular regulatory functions concerning New Zealand’s environmental management. The EPA assesses marine consent applications, management of the NZ Emissions Trading Scheme, administration of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act and other regulators relating to the environment.
