OGS has been engaged by Tianqi to provide Integrated Commissioning Support and Services for the commissioning of the Lithium Hydroxide Processing Plant (LHPP1 and LHPP2) in Kwinana.
The scope and services cover:
- Provision of personnel as part of the Integrated Commissioning Team to fully commission the LHPP 1 and LHPP2
- Development of Commissioning Test Procedures (CTPs) and Inspection Test Reports (ITRs)
- Compilation and delivery of final Commissioning Dossiers for each system and subsystem
- Provision, implementation, population and administration of the Completions Management System (CMS)
- Preservation Management
- Vendor coordination
- Completion and Handover Management
