Cobre Panama is a large open-pit copper development project in Panama, between Central and South America. The concession is located 120 kilometers west of Panama City and 20 kilometers from the Caribbean Sea coast, in the district of Donoso, Colon province, in the Republic of Panama. The concession consists of four zones totaling 13,600 hectares. OGS has been employed to provide Commissioning Specialists to assist the current Cobre Panama Commissioning team and a Preservation team to assist in an assessment of preservation status and provide recommendations for refurbishment.
