An integrated ICORA® team should be part of the owner-operator’s team from the early Concept / Feasibility phase.
The ICORA® framework is implemented by a group of specialists with experience in:
- Engineering Design & Construction
- Completions & Commissioning
- Verification of Readiness Assurance
- Operations & Maintenance
- Safety and Technical Integrity
The Team will set up an overall commissioning and operations readiness project schedule that outlines all the required deliverables and activities to be completed for the project to meet its Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) date.
The progress of these items will be tracked and managed via the ICORA® Application, considering all relevant project interfaces, and reported directly to the owner-operator for full transparency over the entire project.
This strategy ensures that design, procurement, factory acceptance testing, logistics and construction are approached with a “commissioning first” mindset, to ensure that start-up bottlenecks are avoided.
- Improved asset data integrity, driving capital cost reductions and improves speed to market
- Integrated Construction and Commissioning schedule management, driving cost reductions through advanced work packaging
- Improved commissioning, operations and maintenance data handover processes, driving safe, efficient asset management outcomes
- Timely and accurate information, reducing time spent performing risk reviews and searching for asset / resource location & status
- Improved planning of procurement processes, to achieve a reduction of spare part costs
- Reuse of data and design, driving commissioning and start-up cost reduction
