Greg Forbes

Chairman and Director

Having successfully started, developed and sold several companies forming the mainstay of international companies within Australia post acquisition, his business management and development experience now exceeds 25 years.

Greg has established several successful businesses from concept to revenues in excess of $250M, as well as taking established lines of business in a major corporate through significant growth.

Jason Antunovich

Global CEO and Director

Jason is a practical executive with extensive experience in the engineering industry spanning 30 years in the oil & gas and mining sectors.

The experience has been gained through a wide array of projects throughout Australia and overseas working in design, system analysis, construction, commissioning.

Jason’s focus is now business development and company management and he holds a number of board roles with service and technology companies.

Anthony Connor

Legal and Commercial Director

A qualified lawyer and former managing partner of a top ten Australian law firm in Perth Western Australia, Anthony has many years’ experience in banking law, intellectual property and commercial transactions for public companies.

He has extensive commercial experience in corporate transactions as Corporate Counsel of Challenge Bank/ Westpac and then an investment bank.

Anthony is presently working with a national electrical engineering company providing services to the rail, mining and industrial sectors. As director of Commercial & Legal, Anthony’s expertise will contribute to the success of OGS.

Paul Roberts

CFO

Paul is a qualified accountant (CGMA, CMA, CPA. MAAT) and brings to the team over 20 years of Australian and International experience in a number of key financial roles at both ASX listed and private companies.

Paul comes to the team with a strong financial, commercial and business analytical skills combined with proven effective leadership of finance teams. Paul has significant experience in managing working capital requirements of growth businesses with an international footprint.

Paul is a member of Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants & Association of Accounting Technicians.

Peter Winterbourne

COO

Twenty five years in the offshore and onshore Oil and Gas industry, initially in process engineering and transitioning through project/delivery management to senior business unit management positions.

Peter has spent the last 18 years with Offshore Design Limited (ODL), later know as Wood Group ODL where he gained extensive experience in the delivery of asset operations and maintenance management consultancy services and the development of procedural documentation.

Peter has achieved success in a number of different and demanding positions, obtaining both hands-on and managerial experience that spans the management of multi-disciplined consultancy, engineering and design projects, the development of new technologies and also corporate management.

Anne Zurzolo

Corporate Culture Operations Manager

Anne has over 15 years of experience across a wide range of industries: Engineering, Oil & Gas, Resources and Finance. Anne has played a core role in culture and operations during her 10+ years with OGS, leading the Culture and Human Resources team to deliver strategy, policies and processes at the highest standard within the organisation. Anne’s role on the Executive Team also means she plays a pivotal part in attracting, retaining and motivating the OGS Global workforce to maintain and emulate the unique values-based culture.

Along with her passion for project enablement and changing the way projects are delivered, her quality knowledge and management of OGS ISO certifications make her an asset to the team and a champion for continuous improvement at OGS.

Darren Thomas

Executive General Manager People and Safety

Darren is an experienced Health, Safety, Environment and Human Resource Executive having gained experience across oil and gas, marine, bulk handling, transport and insurance risk management sectors. Darren has held senior People and Safety roles in marine and oil and gas. This includes front end engineering and design, execution, construction, commissioning, and transition to production on oil and gas mega projects, as well as leading organisational change across global organisations.

Darren holds a Master of Health Science (OHS) amongst other technical and leadership qualifications and has been a contributor to industry forums, including as Chair of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) Global HSSE Committee from 2018 – 2021.

Matt Breuillac

Head of Digital Technologies

Matt is a Project Engineer with Process Engineering background and over 15y experience in the Energy industry (O&G and Mining). He is also an active member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust) and a certified Project management Professional (PMP). In the last year, Matt has graduated from an EMBA and achieved AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate and Developer Associate.

With combined knowledge in project management, data science and cloud technologies Matt is passionate about improving the way large industrial projects are run. Understanding technical aspects, processes, workflows, and objectives is necessary prior to applying data science methodologies to any given project.

Peter Collins

Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor

Thirty years plus experience primarily in the onshore and offshore Oil & Gas Industry, including LNG in a wide variety of roles, primarily in the Engineering and Construction world and in the latter years in more of the Public & Investor Relations/M&A/Business Development (BD) role.

His last major permanent role being Group Manager of Business Development at Clough Limited. Peter also held the Group Manager Corporate Affairs role for 3 years in his 15 years at Clough. Other previous permanent employers being Kaiser, Foxboro, Worsley Alumina and BHP. He currently has other part-time roles with Seatrax & BAM International.

Peter is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
