Chairman and Director

Having successfully started, developed and sold several companies forming the mainstay of international companies within Australia post acquisition, his business management and development experience now exceeds 25 years.

Greg has established several successful businesses from concept to revenues in excess of $250M, as well as taking established lines of business in a major corporate through significant growth.

Anthony Connor

Legal and Commercial Director

A qualified lawyer and former managing partner of a top ten Australian law firm in Perth Western Australia, Anthony has many years’ experience in banking law, intellectual property and commercial transactions for public companies.

He has extensive commercial experience in corporate transactions as Corporate Counsel of Challenge Bank/ Westpac and then an investment bank.

Anthony is presently working with a national electrical engineering company providing services to the rail, mining and industrial sectors. As director of Commercial & Legal, Anthony’s expertise will contribute to the success of OGS.

Jason Antunovich

Jason is a practical executive with extensive experience in the engineering industry spanning 30 years in the oil & gas and mining sectors.

The experience has been gained through a wide array of projects throughout Australia and overseas working in design, system analysis, construction, commissioning.

Jason’s focus is now business development and company management and he holds a number of board roles with service and technology companies.

Peter Winterbourne​

Twenty five years in the offshore and onshore Oil and Gas industry, initially in process engineering and transitioning through project/delivery management to senior business unit management positions.

Peter has spent the last 18 years with Offshore Design Limited (ODL), later know as Wood Group ODL where he gained extensive experience in the delivery of asset operations and maintenance management consultancy services and the development of procedural documentation.

Peter has achieved success in a number of different and demanding positions, obtaining both hands-on and managerial experience that spans the management of multi-disciplined consultancy, engineering and design projects, the development of new technologies and also corporate management.

Sean Cully

Operations Manager

Sean Cully is an experienced Operations Manager with over a decade of expertise in integrated commissioning consultancy and project management. His leadership style effectively guides projects from tender to commissioning. Sean’s extensive experience spans railway, oil and gas, mining, and energy industries, making him a valuable asset to our team.

Prior to this, Sean served as the Program Manager at Wabtec Control Systems, leading important projects, including the design and delivery of the METRONET Morley to Ellenbrook Line, construction of the Kenwick Flashbutt Facility, and Rio Tinto Hot Bearing Detector Upgrade.

Sean is known for his meticulous approach, focusing on safety, quality, environmental compliance, and financial responsibility. He is more than just an Operations Manager; he is a dedicated leader committed to shaping the future with excellence.

Damian Lepidi

HSE Manager

A highly experienced professional and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager with more than 20 years of industry experience in both an Australian and international context. Professional success involved developing a comprehensive understanding of the construction and operational aspects of live gas / major hazard (brownfield) facilities, including essential safety systems and high-rise construction while working for world-leading clients such as Woodside, Wood Group PSN, Worley Parsons, BP, Origin Energy, Santos and Oman Oil Company Exploration and Production (OOCEP) and Multiplex.

Possessing a positive personality and the ability to work in harsh and isolated environments, while forming lasting professional and personal connections with co-workers from different socio-economic, religious and cultural backgrounds.
